The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT)vide its Circular No. 19/2022 in F.No.225/49/2022/ITA-II dated 30.09.2022 considering the difficulties faced by the taxpayers and other stakeholders in filing of various reports of audit for the Assessment Year 2022-23 under the Income-tax Act, 1961(Act), has extended the due date for filing of various reports of audit for the Assessment Year 2022-23, which was 30 September, 2022 to 07th October, 2022 in the case of certain category of assessees for whom the due date was 30.09.2022.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India vide its circular dated 28th September, 2022 has extended the date for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC and web form DIR-3 KYC-WEB without filing fee up to 15th October, 2022.
This general circular is issued by the Ministry subsequent to a representation received by the Ministry requesting extension of time beyond 30th September, 2022.
